Little Groovers Family Day Care
Little Groovers Family Day Care is located in Emu Plains and is open from 7.30 am to 5.30pm, catering for children from 6 months
to 5 years.
At Family Day Care children have the opportunity to explore, learn and play in a happy and safe environment. The program is based on children’s needs and interests which fosters all areas of development for example social interaction, outdoor play, thinking skills as well as receptive and expressive language. Routine activities are set and meals are provided in a fun positive atmosphere.
Also at Little Groovers, only 5 children are in care at any one time,
this allows children to have individual attention throughout the day, Opportunities to interact in small groups and the ability to experience real life experiences. Each child will have a portfolio created which documents their interests, what they have been up to and where their learning is taking them next. The one large playroom is set up with a wide variety of learning centres including home corner, book area, construction and craft area for children to utilise throughout the day. These facilities are safe and modern and also include a fully fenced grass area for outdoor activities.
